Oh the first snowfall of the winter
Was a day that we all waited for
When it drifted to and frost
Why you should’ve seen the snow
It was near seven feet or more
By the old barn door

Well today my husband and I took the kids and the dog to the beach to try to get a photo for our Holiday card. It’s always a last minute thing…it’s always really painful….
Well, we got what we needed and then I handed my camera to my husband so I could get a few with my boys. Like so many moms, I’m never in the photos…so I’m really happy to have any…and this one I will treasure…it’s so us!

Hi!! Just a quick note on Holiday Deadlines. All orders for 2008 need to be in no later than this coming friday, December 5th.
Current orders can be picked up in the studio on Tuesday and Thursday this week. Please email or call to arrange pick up.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!! I can’t believe tomorrow is December 1st.
Merry Everything!

P.S. My boys have been sleeping with their pjs inside out and backwards as well as with spoons under their pillows…so it would snow. Well it did snow this morning…finally….now maybe I can get my spoons back
It’s not always so fun to watch my own kids grow
…but to have the opportunity to photograph other children year after year, and watch them grow and flourish is so fun for me. Here’s a sweet gal that many of you saw grace my promotional materials and website a few years back.
She’s so fun….

I think the hardest part of my job is when it comes to getting shots of the siblings together. These three where so much fun…and so easy to work with…

About a month ago, my good friend and photographer, Pat Fruen was in town. We had the opportunity to photograph the dancers at the Greenwich Dance Studio. This was something new for me as a photographer…and I loved it! Thanks Kate!
